ACCOUNT PLANNER

We are seeking an Account Planner to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving orders from customers and/or sales team and compiling all elements for the order to go to processing
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing enquiries, resolving issues and managing expectations
  • Assisting Account Managers on sales pitches and sizing sessions
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities
  • Working closely with all members of the sales team, aiding them to get as many meetings as possible:
  • Assisting the sales team with their emails when out of the office
  • Distributing the incoming leads to the sales team and sending weekly reports to Directors on volume coming through
  • Compiling monthly customer reports on behalf of the sales team (turnaround times, issues, spends) for them to complete their monthly reviews
  • Sending samples for customers and keeping a log of these to ensure returned swiftly

  • Strong relationship management skills
